A consult is not required when planning an at-home euthanasia but is a service offered. The at-home consultation has a fee of $175. A consult is not required prior to euthanasia.
The fee for the house call, sedation, and euthanasia starts at $325 and goes up by weight and location. This does not include the cremation as this fee is dependent on the size of your animal. For cremation, I recommend Heaven’s Gate Memorial Center (530) 377-9709). Additional fees do apply for larger animals, longer travel, and weekend/after-hour/holiday visits.
